HempScale scans CBD ecommerce stores for organic-growth problems (SEO, AI-search visibility, content gaps, risky claim wording) and sells fixes: a one-off report and a monthly content/SEO subscription. Scan a store only if you own it or have permission to audit it.

Claim-risk findings, the regulation tracker and the claim checker are awareness tools built from named regulator sources — not legal advice and not a compliance certification. Rules change and edge cases abound; verify with the regulator or a lawyer in your market before acting. Nothing we publish is medical advice.

SEO and AI-search visibility depend on systems we don't control (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity). We show our method and our own measured results, and we work from real search data — but we never guarantee specific rankings, AI citations or revenue. Anyone who does is selling you something else.

Articles we write for you (including the free post-scan article) are yours once delivered — publish or edit them freely; we don't reuse them for anyone else. The scan reports we generate stay accessible via their private link; don't share a report link publicly if you don't want it seen.

The scan is free. Paid products (the one-off report, monthly subscriptions) are billed as stated on the pricing page; subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid period.

We provide the service as-is and are liable only up to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We're not liable for decisions you or regulators make based on the reports.
