A month of Instagram for your CBD shop, built from your own site

Paste your shop address. In about a minute you get a content plan and finished sample posts in your brand.

We read only what is publicly on your site. No account access, no card.

Two things stop CBD brands from posting

One wrong sentence and the account is gone

CBD sits under Meta policy, FTC advertising rules and EU novel food rules at the same time. The line that gets an account restricted usually reads like ordinary marketing.

Generic content is worse than no content

Stock photos and captions that could belong to any brand do not sell anything. Your buyers can tell, and so can the algorithm.

How a month gets built

Four decisions happen before anything is written. None of them is left to a model guessing.

  1. Topics come from real search demand

Keyword volumes and the questions people actually ask, by country and language, mapped onto your product types. Not a model inventing themes.

  2. Structure comes from a library, not a blank page

26 post structures, 58 hooks and 21 seasonal events, each tied to a goal and a funnel stage. Every hook in the library has passed the compliance engine itself.

  3. Every line passes the compliance engine before it is drawn

Seven layers, 199 rules, 21 required disclaimers and 319 reference phrases across Meta, FTC, EU and local market rules. Text is checked before render, images after.

  4. A second model reviews the finished render

The QA pass looks at the actual pixels, not at the prompt. Below the threshold it fixes and re-renders, twice at most, then hands the item to a human instead of shipping it.

Real output, not mockups

These are rendered by the same pipeline that would run your account, on a demo brand, with no manual touch up.

The part nobody else shows you

A rule knows the jurisdiction, the funnel stage and the product type. It is not a word filter.

Try it on your own sentence

Written like this

CBD oil is clinically proven to relieve anxiety and cure insomnia.

Comes back as

An evening ritual a lot of our customers keep: lights down, book open, oil on the shelf.

What you actually do

Paste your shop address

We read the public pages, the catalogue and the lab reports if you publish them.

Approve the plan

You see the month before anything is produced, and you can cut what you do not want.

Get the finished month

Files and captions, ready to post. Automatic publishing switches on once your account is connected through the official Instagram API.

Questions we get

Questions about HempScale

This assistant answers about HempScale only.

Do you post to my account?
Publishing runs through the official Instagram Graph API and needs your account connected and approved by Meta. Until that is in place you get the finished month as files and captions, ready to post.
How do you keep my account out of trouble?
Every text passes a seven layer engine before anything is rendered: 199 rules, 21 required disclaimers and 319 reference phrases covering Meta policy, FTC advertising rules, EU rules and individual markets. Rendered images are checked again afterwards.
What if the system gets my brand wrong?
Facts come off your pages literally. Palette, fonts, logo, languages, markets and prices are never asked of a model, and tone examples have to be real quotes found in your own text. Anything that could not be read is written down as missing rather than filled in.
Where does my data sit?
In the EU. The analysis reads only what is publicly on your site, and we never ask for Instagram credentials.
Can it match our own design?
Ten template families ship today, each with seven slide variants across three formats, all driven by your brand tokens. A custom family is part of the top tier.
Which languages?
English now, German and French next. Content, compliance dictionaries, hashtags and disclaimers all follow the market, not just the caption.
