HempScale (hempscale.eu) · Last updated 3 July 2026

The short version: we store the URL you scan, the report it produces, and your email if you choose to leave it. We don't sell data, and you can have yours deleted by asking.

What we collect

The store URL you enter. The scan reads publicly available pages of that site (the same pages Google reads) and stores the resulting report: scores, findings, keyword data.

Your email — only if you give it. We use it to send you your report and to follow up about the scan. No email, no problem: the scan works without one.

Basic usage events. First-party analytics (pages viewed, scan started, report opened) to understand what works. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

What we do with it

We use scan data to build your report and to compute anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. "X% of scanned CBD stores have no blog") — never in a form that identifies your store publicly. We use your email to deliver the report and talk to you about it. We do not sell personal data.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our own EU-hosted infrastructure (self-hosted database on an EU server). Article generation and analysis use third-party AI and search-data processors (e.g. LLM APIs, DataForSEO); they receive the content being analysed, not your email.

Your rights

Ask us any time to see or delete the data tied to your email or your store's scans — email hello@hempscale.eu and we'll handle it. If you have an account, you can also delete it from your account page.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies (keeping you signed in). No third-party advertising cookies.
