Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2026-08-25

This is a working draft. It describes how the service actually operates today and will be replaced by a reviewed version before the first paid account.

This policy exists because one abusive account can cost every other customer their platform access. It is short and it is enforced.

What you may not ask the service to produce

Content that would put an account, a platform relationship or a customer at legal risk:

  • Claims that a product treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any medical condition
  • Content aimed at people under the legal age for the product
  • Content for products that are illegal in the market where they are advertised
  • Impersonation of another brand, person or authority
  • Fabricated lab reports, certificates, reviews or endorsements

What you may not do with the service

Use the public form to run automated volumes of analyses, resell access without agreement, attempt to reach data belonging to another customer, or connect an Instagram account you are not authorised to operate.

Enforcement

Content that fails the compliance engine is stopped before it is produced. Repeated attempts to push prohibited claims through are treated as a breach. Suspension is always explained in writing, and questions go to hello@hempscale.eu.
